P.O. Box 1135 989-492-0042 SOS Animal Rescue offers vouchers to help with the cost of spay/neuter for dogs, cats and stray/feral cats. Pleasego their website (look on the left colum, click Applications and then it is towards the bottom of the page) to download an application! Please fill it out, send it in and they will let you know if you qualify for the program.
Go to their web site for detailed information about their fees, including low cost vaccines and how to get a certificate. ***They have certificates for vets in Midland, Saginaw, Bay City, Pinconning and Essexville.
