Voiceless-MI is able to assist by discounting spay/neuter surgeries for needy owners at the new Capital Area Humane Society spay/neuter clinic located at 5919 S. Cedar Street in Lansing, MI. If you are a Michigan resident, low income, cannot afford the surgery without financial assistance and can get your pet to the CAHS clinic, then you qualify.
