The program is available to Midland County residents only. The program offers a voucher to low income households to help offset a portion of the cost of spaying or neutering your pet/feral cats. The program is funded entirely by community donations and is intended to service limited income homes, senior citizens on a fixed income, and other hardship cases. Please go their website (look on the left column, click Applications and then it is towards the bottom of the page) to download an application! Please fill it out, send it in and they will let you know if you qualify for the program.
