Open to all, feral cats welcome, sterilization can be performed on cats and dogs weighing 3 lbs who are 12 weeks or older, low cost wellness care available at time of surgery. Pets must be up to date on rabies and distemper or vaccines must be given at time of surgery for an additional low cost.
